I take the time out of my busy day to let you know the outstanding
work of your Customer Service Representatives. Recently in 1 weeks
time our three 800 numbers were spammed away by another carrier and
the lines were terminated for over 4 days. You can imagine the major
inconvenience this caused to our business. Also, Verizon accidentally
terminated our DSL service which led to no email access for almost 1
week.
The difference between these 2 unrelated incidents is that Xtel got us
back up and running within 1 day and proved me with first-rate
customer service during the crisis. Verizon on the other hand,
provided me with a nice friendly voice who could not take any action.
They best they could do was promise that my service within 8 days! All
the commercials and rhetoric about "how may I provide you with
outstanding customer service" means nothing in time of a crisis;
they could care less.
The quick work by Xtel to rectify our problem should be noted. It is a
pleasure to work with Xtel. Thank you for being a truly customer
focused and results oriented organization.

concerned upgrading various services. As always, I was treated with
patience and respect.
Your Customer Service representative was very courteous, patient, and
helpful. I have come to expect civility and competence whenever I have
needed help from Xtel.
Over the past couple of years, Xtel has saved my business a good deal
of money for our business telephone services. More importantly, any
problems with service have always been solved promptly and
permanently.

I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you. I have been a
customer of Xtel for a little over a year now and have nothing but
good things to say about your customer service. If your representative
says that they will call back, I know they will. After 12 years of
nightmare experiences with other carriers, I can only say THANK YOU. I
have had many carriers over the years that have made proposals and
promises in writing and then not stood by their rates (contract) I can
not begin to tell you the time, phone calls, letters written,
aggravation, etc. as a result of this. Your sales representative
visited my office making promises that I had heard before and, of
course, I was leery. At the time I changed to Xtel I was not really
sure if I jumped from the frying pan into the fire. The rates/plan
seemed too good to be true. It is now more than a year later and
everything is fine. Once again, kudos to your team. They are the
BEST!!
